Kayla Fieldston 

I joined NYSEC with a purpose: to help bring our country one step closer to having widespread, accessible civic education for all. Beyond NYSEC, I am an active member in Student Government, having served as the Vice President of my class for the past three years. I have also participated in civic education programs that have further strengthened my passion for law, government, and leadership. All of these experiences have set one thing in particular for me: I am passionate about ensuring everyone has the opportunity to have a voice and feel that their opinion matters. As Executive Director, I am excited to work along with students who share my passion for and commitment to civic education.
