Professional Development

To achieve NYSEC's goal of working with districts throughout the state to promote and advance civic education, we have been working with district throughout the state in providing valuable professional development for teachers and administrators. In our sessions, we give a background on what NYSEC is, run a intro session on discourse regarding historical Supreme Court Cases, then follow up with a more current controversial topic.
